A lot of girls have the habit that eating snack before going to bed. Listen to me, give up this bad habit if you don’t want to get weight quickly. Eat to close to bedtime, your body can’t burning fat at the ideal time at night. Girls, you all should try to eat dinner at a reasonable time and then close the kitchen.
# 3 Eat Without Chewing
In order to help with weight loss and better digestive performance, you’d better chew your food until it is liquid.
# 4 Without Enough Sleep
If you often burn the midnight oil,you'll burn yourself out. Only when your body gets enough sleep time, can your body perform well in gymnasium.
# 5 Under Too Much Stress
Do you know that too much stress will make women gain pounds easily. Cartisol will break down muscle and lower serotonin, so you desire more sweet foods, and stress raises cortisol. If you are in too much stress, relax yourself!
Is it hard to lose weight? Yah. If you are exercising your body in wrong way, you might fail to slim-down. What’s more, wrong excising way would lead to muscle injury.
